You will need:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup pure pumpkin
1 1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup egg whites
6 tbsp. stevia (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
Nutmeg (optional)
