You will need:
4 chicken breasts (5 oz. each)
1 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs or whole wheat bread crumbs
Spices of your choice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
