1 scoop protein powder (30 grams)
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese (115 grams)
1/2 cup egg whites (118 ml.)
1 tbsp. sweetener
1 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon

Makes 4 waffles.

15g carbs
8g protein
